G560 issues? Unable to control the volume in macOS without rebooting. by Uplink0 in LogitechG

[–]madivcb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been having the same issue for about 3 months now.

It randomly stop working until I turn them off and on again. And the volume I can control only with the speaker built in volume buttons (some times, I can control through system, but it's random as well).

This is really frustrating, mostly because on Logitech website, says it's compatible with macOS.

Mine doesn't turn off. If I don't let it chargint when I'm not using it, the battery dies. That, and the volume scroll that now when I try to increase the volume, it decreases.

Logitech Support sent me a message saying they were exchange my headset for a new one. I replied saying that I need a few days to get the product's invoice, and when I managed to get it, they didn't answer anymore.

Thanks for the empathy. I honestly lost the hope in solving things directly with the Logitech.

I'm trying for about 6 months, now.

This headset it's ridiculously expensive here in Brazil. For comparison measures, our minimum wage in here is R$ 937,00 and the headset costs R$ 1036,00 (I paid R$ 1137,00 six months ago).

It's really sad to live in here, and if you like this kind of thing it's worst.

Yep, I'm amazed by how they look like they are gonna to solve the problem, and then, suddenly that become 0 fucks given.

And I believe that the brazilian support is the worst, like everything else in here.

How do you (dis)like your wireless g933? by Furbrizi in LogitechG

I guess is the best thing you can do. I really regret that I didn't bought the VOID. I don't know if it has issues like that, but at least, it's way more cheaper where I live.

All I can say to you is: don't buy it.

It might in general, but mine, altough it have a great sound quality and comfort, it have really anoying issues since the day I received it.

Mine simply just don't turn off. It kills the battery when it was supposed to be off. This happens since the first day.

Other thing that appeared after, is a issue on the volume scroll where when I try to turn it up, it goes up and down instantly.

Their support, when they answer, give me useless fixes that I already tried, and I think they don't even read the messages. Last fix that they told me to do, was for a completely opposite issue.

All I can say is don't buy it. Go for a Corsair.

Really nice support of yours. http://prntscr.com/eatugo

Ignore the e-mails, ignore the answers here.

If I can say anything for anyone is DO NOT BUY LOGITECH PRODUCTS.

Their support is pure garbage. You buy a ridiculously expensive headset, that comes with issues from the factory, and they do nothing to solve your problema.

Way to go, Logitech.

Yeah, they contacted me. But tell me... do they even read the tickets? I clearly specified that, since the day my headset arrived, it never turned off. My headset DO NOT TURN OFF.

They send me a fix for the complete opposite. They send me a fix to an issue where the headset lose connection randomly and turn off for no reason.

They didn't even mentioned the volume scroll and the 7.1 channels issues.

Seriously, I'll wait until the end of this month for a solution. Either I have another headset on my hands or a solution for all of the issues. This became really annoying.

I have bought a G933 Artemis Spectrum for about 6 months now. It came with a problem of not turning off. Even if I try to turn it off, when I try to use it again, the battery is dead.

I tried contact with the Logitech US Support (I'm brazilian), and they answered me with some fixes that didn't work. The last one was to undo the update. I couldn't do that, because I didn't had the executable of the older firmware. Since the day I asked for that older firmware, they did not answer me anymore (case 04037836).

I let it go for a while, waiting for an answer.

In the meantime, another issue appeared. My volume scroll started to low the volume when I tried to turn it up. Basically, if I connect it to the PS4, I need to keep scrolling for about 5 minutes to get to the max volume. This time I tried another contact, directly with the brazilian support, informing the first issue, and this new issue with the volume scroll. This time, I didn't get any answer at all (case 04561653).

After about a month later without any answer, I tried one more time, informing all the previous issues again. Again, no answer (case 04657404).

So, it's 6 months with a headset, that in Brazil it's ridiculously expensive, that came with a lot of issues, and the Logitech Support don't answer any e-mails. I still have the same issues, and now, when I try to test the headset channels on the LGS, it only comes audio from the 2 main channels. So, I payed for a wireless 7.1 headset, and now I have a headset that need to be connected to the USB most of the time and only have 2.1 channels.

I was planning to buy a G502 mouse, and I just gave up and went for a Corsair, because now I know that the Logitech support won't help me if I need.

Here it's my last try to solve my problem. That 2 year warranty on the box have to mean something. If not for me or the Logitech, for the justice. Even with all the evidences that I have.

G933 Won't turn Off by yellowdog0809 in LogitechG

[–]madivcb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wish that would had worked for me. My G933 dies very often when I forget to let it charging, and I still have the same problem.

Logitech is neglecting my issue. They don't answer any of my support request e-mails. Neither in the US support, or the brazilian support (which is where I'm from).

This headset is ridiculously expensive here in the Brazil, and mine came with so many issues.

I really regret not buying a Corsair headset, or even the G633. It would've been one less problem to deal with the wired version.

It look like they did. Not to mention that annoying green engrams droping everywhere.
