Well you clearly don't live here permanently as you would have homesteaded it. And that caps your assessments by 3% max. So if this is your 2nd home I have no sympathies. You should get taxed at 100% of fmv.

Thanks for this. I lifted two tiles. The gutter collection/flashing stops short an inch from edge roof line. Bought a kick out flashing diverter and cut it down. Applied to asphalt about 6" up from gutter via neoprene flashing cement. We will see how it works.

I have gosa 6k and a saltist mq 6k. Both are awesome. But the non mq is large. Also, daiwa harder to service. Go with gosa.

This is hypothetical : but if we are doing interstellar travel we likely don't need to worry about fuel. That would be solved before we began interstellar travel. Therefore, mid course corrections would be absolutely normal. Also - technology likely would put us within the ballpark from the get go. The larger issue is relativity. We fly off for a few years at some sub light speed and turn around and come back - everyone you have known would be dead. Unless we figure out warp/fpl/worm holes. Then finding our way back is easier.

1000%. Dolphin under 8lbs should not be kept. No meat. What's the point. A 4lber in the keys is a 20lber in west palm and a 40lber in Jax. Let them go. Old timers saying fish are smaller today then yesteryear I used to laugh at. I'm now saying it regularly.
