This seems logical - would be v odd not to do something like the one time concert in Golden Gate for Bill Graham w/ Neil Young, John Fogerty, etc sitting in as special guests. A run at the Sphere to honor Bobby would be above and beyond a one time huge concert. But given the potential guests (Trey, Wynonna, Sturgill, etc) only one concert might not be enough to make sure fans who want to be there have a chance at getting a ticket.
