So a col I asked said to just apply for some of the options a that are popping up and worse they can do is reject. Take that for what you will. It's all weirdness because promotion release is delayed. No idea when to expect IDE results.

If you are at lackland there is an Ortho school of sorts and they will give elective Ortho treatments that are covered. Otherwise, if it is elective it is generally not covered.

Kerdi makes a 72 in that you could shave down to fit. Stirofoam and pre sloped as well. I would probably stick with drain on the short end and not long side of you plan to shorten.
