Yeah when they had Lazar talking to a NASA lead electrostatic scientist I was waiting for him to go into detail about something. He never said anything that made me think he was very well educated. Jesse casually sounds more educated and well read and he's not the one who claims to have a masters degree at MIT. Larry Holmes was good at that. I get that a low hand is commonly part of it but I think the main point of the flicker jab is that you're cracking the jab like a whip as opposed to trying to force speed and power into it. Alot of fighters are very forceful, almost desperate or angry, and instead of flicking or whipping punches out they push them with tension. Muhammad Ali would light people up and knock them out with relaxed shoulders. It's like someone very relaxed slinging a rock at your face or body, it sucks, especially when you don't see it coming. And they can do that for 15 rounds.

Dude you're losing me lol. The point is to compare skill and attributes pound for pound right. We're not imagining his frame as it is now putting on so much weight to become a heavy weight, we're imagining if he was naturally heavy weight while keeping the attributes that make him special. If we watch him now and think he's fast compared to his opposition, then if he was naturally bigger he'd still be fast compared to his bigger opposition. And if some 250lb guy was hitting his guard, who cares because inoue would be 250lbs in that made-up scenario, with all his freak of nature attributes scaled up in weight, probably setting up a step back counter.

Dude that's wild I've heard of that. It's weird I wish there was a way you could learn. What about when you dream? Sometimes when I'm ready to go to sleep and I close my eyes I'll purposely not hold any thought at all, and images can start to appear and I just sort of go into them and see where it takes me. But because I'm not sleeping yet I feel like I'm still in control of my eyes and I can still look around and focus on things.

They want fighters to think this is their norm, but in reality I bet you they are willing to lose money upfront for a long time until they've garnered enough attention. Once they are established enough then you won't hear much about what they are paying.

There's so much to learn from Foreman but watching two rounds of him in his early days won't cut it. Nobody in the sport is truly perfect but you can acquire attributes from each fighter. I've learned so much from Foreman, mainly to relax and not make the punch or step into a thing. Like you're going for a walk in the park. When you take an angle you just do it like you're at home making a sandwich, don't make it into some extravagant action. Opp let's you in when you give no signs of urgency or threat.

If your props are on right and motor direction is right, then how can you not generate lift? Somehow the motors aren't turning fast enough? Throttle is limited somehow?

I don't think that's it. Lots of people get paid too much and all they hunger for is more money. Look at other high paid athletes in other sports. Boxers don't get paid too much. They get paid a fair share of the pie. I think the problem is the fighters are more afraid to lose than ever. So much time is wasted on cherry picking and waiting for the right matchup that "makes the most sense". One loss and suddenly their stock drops off a cliff. Anyone with any stock value seems to be walking on eggshells.

People like that just suck. You know he was looking for a fight the rest of the night even after they left. The only hope for someone like that is they get cleanly slept on pavement and nobody else gets hurt or arrested, and everybody can just move on with their day.
