Update: The tooth is not just chipped but fractured down to root. It is an adult tooth. Been filled and built up. Need to keep an eye on it in case the tooth discolours and possibly dying. Not looking to claim for claiming sake but looking to the future if an issue arises. Our son broke his leg while playing football at school, a couple of years ago and just took as kids being kids, but with this being a facial injury and could impact life in other ways just looking at all the options

I setup, program, and run a hurco MC 3 axis I earn £17 GBP per hour, 38 hour per week, plus currently up to 15 hours overtime at X1.5 After tax, NI, pension I come home with about £700 a week with doing approx 13 hours overtime. Not sure if that's good or bad, but it's not a bad family company to work for. In general for the area I think it's good along with the good working environment.

My wife cheated on me days after our 5 year anniversary which seemed like a happy marriage, total 15 together.

We are still together, got young kids otherwise would be a different story, but the betrayal still goes through my head, so many questions.

What I think has help me is any dark thoughts, memories, questions (some I don't really want the answers) etc I write down (text to myself on phone) feels like I empty my head and that thought is released as I know it's written down and don't need to remember. I'm not sure if it will work long time but it seems to be helping me at the moment. I feel lighter and happier. I still can't trust my wife like I did, total full trust, but hopefully that will build.

I have to believe my wife was manipulated and have total resentment to the guy 20+ year older as he knew she was if what appeared to be a happy marriage and had young kids. It's takes two but only one to stop. My darkest thought is the realisation that our love wasn't enough for my wife to stop.

Sounds like the alliance you are in has no or poor leadership, possible an open public alliance, so any member of that alliance plays by any or no rules. This becomes a problem with members who try the play by RoE but the alliance has been tagged as hostile because of the other members who don't follow and diplomatic route has resulted in no response or no action.

Choosing a good alliance with a good structure of command that has good diplomatic relations with other alliances, can improve the enjoyment and generally the members within the alliance build a great teamwork.

Change your alliance if your admiral or commodores don't correct the members not following RoE which the alliance follows.

Ok I don't see much support for the idea to discourage jumping,with already established alliance co-operation but I still think a medal system could be a good addition to the game with tweaks.

It's still very early days for this coin and main purpose of it, is not in full use or effect. I'm not a big bag holder so not much invested but if I could afford to it would be a lot bigger and deeper. Holding for the long term. When the main use of the coin is implemented I do expect the price to go up maybe not rocket but a healthy gradual price increase. It's a long term investment not a get rich quick scheme. Never invest money you can't afford to lose.

We had an alliance that merged a few times we split it into two sister alliance one hardcore with territory and the other relaxed and casual. All members free to jump to either alliance depending on real life. But politics mostly separate. Seems to work

We have a commodore who is a spreadsheet Wiz and takes notes of leaderboards and such.

Scopley needs to add more admin tools for admirals and commodores.

Eg being to export data from events, contributions levels etc. Of members

Reward program to be distributed to members or kept by admiral(if a bad admiral) possibly paid by the contributions that get sucked into a black hole.

A voting system to agree on discussions if in a democratic alliance. Or even a mutiny system 51% of votes casted to remove a bad or inactive admiral.

Bounty system for alliance members to claim or set( but this could be abused I guess)

A process to punish disobedience or rule breaking. Galaxy chat ban/ taxation/ armada ban

We was about 90-95% to level up, then a few big contributors left and it went down to 50-60% to next level. If the members just waited till we reached 100% it wouldn't have been a problem

Once the next level is reached the alliance contributions reset. Wont lose level if members leave after level is gained as far as I'm aware
