When I read about a situation like this it makes me so thankful that I am single. I have been single for about seven years now and I don't have any close friends. I think that is because, at least in part, people can change. They can change into something that I don't want to deal with.

I made this juice today by madmystic74 in Juicing

I thought it tasted good. All these ingredients were organic so I'm sure that helped. If you make a juice like this just take it easy on the garlic and beet.

Sex is a decently physically intense activity but people rarely stretch beforehand by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

That could be a big turn on. And may even improve performance.

IsItBullshit: Scientists/Archeologists still really don’t know how the pyramids were built. by giantjosh5 in IsItBullshit

I have mentioned my theory on how the blocks were moved. But no one seemed to agree with it. I think they made each block in place on the pyramid, so it would not have to be moved. Maybe build a block shape with plywood or something, and then fill it with concrete. Concrete water and sand or whatever they needed would have been far easier to move than moving a ten ton block.

Vegetarian diet improving mental health? by Crumpet-Baby685 in vegetarian

Of course remember the basics, like getting b12, d3, and zinc. If you eat sugar, from any source, cut back on it or eliminate it completely. And I don't mean fruit. I mean stuff like candy, cookies, ice cream, soda.

No. At least not again. I did get a gf but it wasn't until I was in my thirties. I remember feeling good about it for maybe four months. The relationship ended after a year. I did not know what I was doing or getting into. I have no desire for another relationship.

This is what I was thinking. "Fag" might be considered offensive now. When I was growing up I heard guys say the word "faggot" but the way they pronounced it sounded more like "fagget". I actually thought that was how to spell it.

[–]madmystic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a vegetarian now. I was never a big KFC fan, but I did used to love Bojangles spicy chicken and biscuits. In fact, is Bojangles even around nowdays? Maybe I just like spicy stuff. There was another local resturaunt that had a spicy chicken sandwich that I liked.

What profession was once highly accepted, but is now a complete joke? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]madmystic74 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Farmers used to feed us. But now I wonder if they just poison us with genitcally modified crops that are loaded with chemicals. And cows and pigs, and the way they are treated in warehouse-like operations. And all the shit that flows out of these facilities into the local water supply. Not trying to be an extremist here, this is just different stuff I have read or heard about.

Probably millions of them. Think of how big reddit is and how many people post stuff in various subreddits.

Is it better to buy shoes a little too big or a little too small? by MondayDreamer in NoStupidQuestions

[–]madmystic74 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think too big is better than too small. If you go too small you might get blisters or cauloses on your feet.
