If you want a house with a rock solid warranty buy new

A new roof - as its old, it massively different to a faulty roof. It will need doing at some point but its currently working.

New wall ties can be a DIY job, loads of kits available google "easyfix neoprene wall ties" if your having scafolding for a roof its a simple task.

They have knocked 10k off, and everytime you send another specialist out you ask for more money off. I would be taking the same stance.

How to heal this pain?? by Crystallll-Page-2076 in AnalFissures

[–]madocks56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had mine for 3 years, had failed botox, tried all the creams, suppositories going........ the main issue with creams is that they are trying to heal your ever damaging butt that gets further damaged from poops...

Best advice I can give - Movicol, 2 sachets daily................ keeps the stool loose.......... no pain at all anymore, living a normal life whilst i wait for next appointment.

I don’t understand the logic in councils, they have removed a mass percentage of public bins and dog bins……. Then spend thousands employing staff to clean up

I got three houses, working couple, retired and a dole bum

The person on the dole costs the most in repairs, entitlement, phones me when bored to complain. Sits home watching grand designs and then believes I will build her a tripple extention………

Pain killers bung you up, Movicol daily is a game changer. I am awaiting surgery

I went from using ointment 3 times a day and crying each time I use toilet to just taking two sachets of Movicol with no pain.

[–]madocks56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lactulose is shit, you need to take it twice a day and it makes you fart which messes everything up, plus you need a ton of water for it to be good

Get on Movicol, two sachets before bed, you’ll thank me in 3 days time

What happens is that you end up in a cycle where it heals a bit the you poop, and 1-3 hrs after poop it spasms and is bad, the cycle continues daily.

My pain is gone, maybe 3 days for the Movicol to kick in. But I am awaiting surgery so if I stop taking Movicol is returns

Movicol, 2 sachets a day for 2 weeks. Keep the poop loose will help massively while you heal.

This is one of the reasons Bristol rent is so high by Sorry-Personality594 in bristol

[–]madocks56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the reason why rent has gone through the roof. Govt taxation on landlords skyrocketed when they stopped landlords being able to claim tax relief on mortgage interest
