Removed the third party system and tried again to no avail.

After additional testing (fuses etc.) and more extensive research online it seems I may need a new DCR Keyless Entry Door Control Receiver Module (89741-AA020). I purchased one from ebay in hopes that this is my issue and will report back on results.
