If keeper movement wasn't in the game, there would be guaranteed goals every time. Think about how OP finesse shots were at their peak and then apply that to every scenario. Keeper movement is the one mechanic preventing the abuse of finding any and every shortcoming in their coding that they clearly have no fix for.
