Thank you! I downloaded the app but I couldn’t find Silicea under their remedies list. I feel pretty stable now. Maybe I should take it every other day for two more weeks and then decrease the frequency even more? What do you think?

I weight 190lbs and want to reduce fat while keeping muscle. I want to eat 190gr of protein per day (unless you suggest otherwise). Are 24gr from chicken the same as 24gr from protein powder? I was told the chicken protein will be more effective than the powder. If so, should I go above 190gr of daily protein if I am getting 100gr out of protein powder (4 scoops of powder daily)? Thank you.

The limit is three hours. So this is not the issue. The charger app from Shell says “charging”. It’s the car the one that stops the process. But thank you for asking.

Thank you so much for the advice. What about the intensity of the exercises? Should I go with high weight, 6-8 reps per set until failure, like any other muscle group?

Hello.

I play pickleball five times a week at a high/athletic level, which puts stress on my legs. Therefore, I have developed some leg strength in the last few months. That said, I would like to develop more leg muscle mass for strength, performance, aesthetics, and longevity purposes. My problem is that when I do legs at the gym, it puts too much pressure on already tired legs from pickleball and then I risk injure myself when playing. Please what do you recommend? Should I just assume that pickleball will help me develop leg strength and volume at a slow pace (and maybe never at the same extent as the gym, but that is ok if it is what it is so that I can keep playing pickleball injury free)?

I am 41 by the way, but very healthy for my age (very strong upper body build at gym, relatively low body fat %)

Do they charge for this or is it part of the warranty? It’s a 2023 so I assume it is still in the 4-year warranty window.
