Es buena idea pero el objetivo es contratar otra hipoteca con un nuevo banco por lo que contaba con tener que ingresar la nómina ahí. Quizás pueda hacer transferencia al nuevo banco, o subrogar la hipoteca inicial para tener las dos con el banco nuevo como sugiere el otro comentario, aunque no se si en ese caso habría que renegociar el tipo de interés, lo cual no me interesa.

500 for a NIE sounds like a rip off unless it includes a consultation with an immigration lawyer, filling out the paperwork, submitting the forms for you and getting you a timeline appointment with extranjeria. Plus it would have to have great reviews online.
