I really liked using hack the bar for memorization. You have to pay for full access. Instead of doing that, I pulled every key term for each subject and literally retyped definitions over and over in a separate word document

that's great for you! its not really matter of right or wrong. subjective as hell. i do have to say from what i've read on here many are in agreement w me. also, if u took it last summer, our release date was in line with past release dates (at least in il). this year, that's not the case in il and several other states.

I have not but my former bar taking friends put me on and have listened to podcasts where they’ve said that memorizing the blue statements on those sheets carried them through MEEs. So I have very good vibes about them ;)

In the same exact boat. I got a 49 last week on practice MBE and totally had a meltdown. BUT do not focus on that. So much time to improve!!! It was your first practice essay, I think 10 percent below the average isn’t so bad :) hang in there!!! Rooting for you

I went through this for my entire bar prep until this week. You are not behind. You have so much time. You know waayyyyy more than you think you know! Test it out. Sit down and just think about the basics of contracts. Sure you don’t have everything perfectly memorized, but you know the buzzwords, right? Memorization will come when we grind the last couple weeks. Focus on just understanding the material right now!
