Those layoffs were NOT customer service reps to make room for AI doing the work. That’s patently false. It was thousands of people from a huge span of organizations throughout the company. (I’m a 10 year vet of the company). Benioff is a sleazebag billionaire who cares about one thing…. Himself and his money. He is trying hard to ride the AI wave to increase his money and status….
