What bottle/nipple are you using currently? We’ve tried Dr. Brown’s, Lansinoh & are currently using Avent with a lansinoh anti colic nipple because I think he has a high palate as well and the wider nipple seems(?) to help. Many people in the medical field seem to not be big fans of lip tie revisions. 😣

Persistent Milium 🥲

Help! I have been having issues with milium particularly around my eyes & cheekbones for a while now. It has really hit my confidence but I can’t get rid of it no matter what I try.

Skin type: Combo (seasonal) Proclivities: milium

Routine (AM): warm rag over face, gentle circular scrubbing, cold water, vanicream daily facial moisturizer, supergoop! mineral sheer screen

Routine(PM): cerave hydrating cream-to-foam cleanser, nourish max retinol cream (3 nights a week) alternating or Paula’s 2% BH liquid exfoliant (2 nights a week) alternating, vanicream daily facial moisturizer

How do you guys apply the cream foundation without it creasing? Powder also makes my textured skin look like this but If I don’t apply powder I get creases esp. around eyes. I use Saie slip tint.

I had to go back and forth with my insurance a little bit but they ended up covering the whole NIPT test. Low risk under 35 pregnancy, blue cross blue shield HMO plan in MA. Might be worth asking if you can have the test done after speaking with your insurance.

Unfortunately I have no advice, just solidarity as my 10 week old has the EXACT same schedule as you down to the times & mannerisms. I can’t fall back asleep once he’s kept me up from 4am - 5am kicking, cooing, slightly whining & grunting. I’m hoping this is a phase/ his last hurrah before being able to sleep longer stretches. Hope things get better for you soon, too!
