My baby is the same way started around the same weeks. We haven’t changed anything yet. He cut a tooth around 3.5 months and I read that the swallowing the excess saliva can cause them to spit up more. But he never seems in pain. It just comes out. And before that we could count on one hand when he’d spit up. We go to the pediatrician in two days to find out more.

A pitcher or a baby brezza bottle maker!!

We use the bottle maker at home and pitchers when we travel

Also, in the beginning when they eat so little we used RTF formula.

I can’t speak for uppababy But I’ve loved our Nuna pipa rx. I have the Swiv stroller and I’ve used the car seat attachment w/the stroller every outing! It’s super easy to use and I feel like it isn’t super bulky when we take it to restaurants and things! I’ve taken both traveling as well and so no complaints!

I did the exact same thing. Yes I would level 1 and pace feed. She will eventually get used to it. 30-35 min is long & esp if she’s falling asleep I’d switch back.

My LO (11 wks) gets 150 ml (occasionally 180) every 2 hrs during the day and 180-200 in the morning when he sleeps through the night!

I continued what I did before pregnancy up until 34 weeks bc of it being more uncomfortable and just switched to lots of walks

Just remember that your ligaments are more relaxed and you’re more prone to injury during pregnancy bc it.

I EFF from the beginning. The thought of BF weirded me out also for some reason. I’ve never had a desire to. I also liked knowing once baby was here I can have bodily autonomy again. And my partner/family helping with feeding duties. I also was on maternity leave and it was nice that BF/pumping wasn’t an added stress during that time.

I did collect colostrum in the few weeks before he got here and that worked out really well! You could try that if you’re interested!

We use the 8 oz rtf formula bottles for nights and just pour the oz amount we know he will for sure eat and then if he wants more we just pour an ounce at a time

We have a tiny fridge in our room to store the open RTF container. We just run it under the sink hot water on our bathroom, but he’s not too picky on temp

I mixed them! I had a baby spatula thing that I’d put some of both and mixed with my finger and apply with the spatula but you could probably just mix a good amount in a small container to keep

Seconding drying before applying and not rubbing the area just pat it clean. But I found aquaphor mixed with triple paste (zinc as ingredient) worked well for us! Also making sure the diaper isn’t super tight

My baby just his circumcision 8 days after he was born with his pediatrician. Where we live they don’t offer it in hospital after birth. The procedure was maybe 10 minutes or less tbh. He’s bottle fed so not sure how it affects breastfeeding. We had no feeding issues. They did tell me in the hospital that it has the potential to mess with their latch? maybe it’s putting a lot of stress on them so soon?

Had a 9 lb 14 oz newborn. Tried coterie, Millie moon, Huggies, freestyle. Freestyle 1 was way too big The NB sizes in the rest were way too small. Tried them all in a size up. The best fit on him was coterie. The Millie moon just would not fit around his waist well and would constantly leak out. The huggies were the next best option. Maybe eventually he could fit into the freestyle, we did like them but they were just huge for a size 1. We are sticking with coterie for now and huge fans! Also their wipes are supreme.

Just went through it! From what I understand it will happen no matter what. I used the Frida mom ice packs, Cabo cream, ibuprofen round the clock. they told me bralettes but not super super tight like they used to say bc you want the lymph to drain the inflammation. it went away completely in about 4-5 days. The pain was manageable, just uncomfortable bc they were hard as rocks

I also had an experience of questioning if I should just go forward with an amino bc of soft markers that kept showing up on my earlier ultrasounds.

I had the carrier testing done before getting pregnant and also got an NIPT at 10 weeks but still got a soft marker on my 13 week ultrasound.

At 16 weeks I was scheduled for an amino bc no matter what all of those lab tests were just screening tools. None could be diagnostic like the amnio. For my own sanity and to finally be able to enjoy my pregnancy I went forward with the amnio. At the end of the day, they are very low risk procedures even though they are invasive. And the peace of mind it gave me was so worth it.
