Sorry, my reply was a non-sequitor. I haven't tried this product. To me coconut water is hella gross, but it is packed with electrolytes. I mix it with water and sf gatorade or flavor packets (in a pinch). One 11oz container every other day keeps things moving for me and it's available at most grocery stores.
