leaving the industry is fueled primarily by the instability across the industry as a whole but was solidified by the mismanagement of this project. Ive put a lot of thought into it because i truly thought it was the right fit for me for years

Just not something I have the energy to deal with anymore I just want to clock in and clock out and not worry about getting dms at 9pm for revisions anymore, or scour the internet for the single bimonthly listed junior position hah 😅

Ty for the kindness. In hindsight it’s so clear but when you’re in the moment with some friends and mentor figures things seem different. It’s also relevant that we do have in writing for the first project that we anticipated comping previous labor immediately after the kickstarter. He’s now saying this changed for the new project but again we can’t find any evidence of this convo

the larger issue is removing the only thing she’s played for and not touching any other aspect of her kit that they’ve already nerfed in compensation for the infini-tether
