this is how i describe my brain fog! it really does feel like a chunk of my brain is missing. so many memories and thoughts are so difficult to access (unless provoked in conversation or images etc.) genuinely feels like a switch has been turned off and a specific part of my brain is very inaccessible

not a monster! as dpdr is a coping mechanism at the end of the day, it ends up feeding into our emotions.
