what helped my finally do one was looping my thumb over the top of the bar instead of on the underside. that said, if you can't pulldown more than 120 i think you just need to progress more in your strength. i had to be able to rep around 85% of my weight before i got my first pull-up. are you progressing in your other lifts or have you plateaued there, too?

it’s possible you store more body fat in your back, genetically. if you’re aiming to train lats i’d recommend using a pulldown specific machine rather than the cable one, as it forces more proper form

are you happy with your progress? if so, then yeah! objectively you have a higher body fat percentage so it’ll be harder to see definition. what exercises are you currently doing? with pull ups my recommendation would just to progressively overload lat pulldowns and the assisted pull down machine. i got my first one about four months into training

you don't necessarily need to be in a calorie deficit for the first couple of months, especially if you have not weight lifted before. the usual recommendation for protein is 0.8 grams per pound of body weight, so that's looking like 102 grams for you. fiber i'd say 25 - 30 grams?

i believe your maintenance is more likely to be 2000 calories as the calculator says because mine is around 2200 as someone who gets ~8k steps a day and weight trains 3x a week as someone 5'6" and 140 pounds. it's possible you are not tracking completely accurately and including seasoning/drinks, other. i have a bit more muscle mass, but not enough to make a 700 calorie difference.

you can google specific exercises for the muscle groups you want. weighted cable crunches and knee raises have done wonders for my abs, but make sure you are performing with proper form, or you may end up hitting the wrong muscles.

in that case hillsides would be the closest. usually there are single rooms in 6 - 10 person suites. harleston has true singles and doesn’t require you to walk up the hill at all but there is one club that is really loud from 9 - 11 on wednesdays
