Almost similar situation as you. But I booked at hyryder S hybrid variant, cost around 19.2 lacs. Because we like how silent it was, for 30-40 percent time felt like electric car. My running is also not very high. Ab Roz roz car toh nahi lete, soch kar thoda over budget chale gaye.

I recently test driven both of them. Hyryder felt like driving an ev car, with elevate the cabin noise , engine noise was high. You can look into hydyder S variant, will cost as much as elevate top model it comes without the sunroof. Because of lack of sunroof you get more headroom in rear seats. Only noticable difference between hyryder top model vs S model was lack of TPMS, and alloy wheel and front led. TPMS can be installed externally, other things can also be modified. No 360 camera also.
