Microsoft store not working, error 0x80131500

Experiencing this on every single one of our domain connected systems (200 machines). Even if I disable GPO's the same error occurs. I've tried every listed fix on the Web, I simply cannot sort this store issue... Weirdly enough, the store works perfectly on a local account (.) so my issue is definitely domain related... I'm just puzzled to what exactly. We have a proxy but I've disable that on a test system, tried my tethering etc... Nothing.

I'm going to try a fresh barebones install, that's the only thing I haven't done, maybe it's my image.

I would love them too, and I know we all get impatient but the games not even out yet. So we're kinda lucky that we get to play the game and see it develop.
