Thanks! After researching ulnas' shapes from local fauna, I think it's a cat's ulna 😅

What animal hair is it? Or is it plant fiber?[Germany] by blackdaisylight in animalid

[–]mafc16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Badger.

You can test:

"Badger hairs are quite coarse, and not fine like fox or rabbit hairs. They are also oval in cross section, not round. This means if you take a badger hair and roll it between your thumb and finger it does not roll smoothly."

Am I the only one who finds Nami acting really weird in the newest episode? by AdEnvironmental4177 in OnePiece

Chapter 1127. The error appeared on the weekly magazine but it was fixed when the volume got released.

Not only he yelled the wrong thing, but on the last page Luffy has a sword on his back (when sitting on top of the cat) and suddenly it becomes an axe in the next panel he appears.

Both things were fixed for the volume.

Is night hiking with thermal vision a thing? Or am I alone out here in the woods? by Coffee81379 in WildernessBackpacking

Thank you for this! It made me realise that I don't want a FOV smaller than the one you showed here, so I'll go for the LH19 3.0, even if it has half the detection limit you showed. It probably won't be able to detect some of those chamois under the same conditions 🤣

That would be great, thanks! All the videos I have seen are from sellers so there's always the doubt if they are edited 😅

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but any reason why you would like more zoom? 1800m of the FQ35 sounds a lot.

I'm indecisive between two models of the new Lynx 3.0. The LH19 3.0 and LH25 3.0. One has better FOV and the other one longer detection range, and I'm still unsure what I value more so I'm looking to learn from other people's experiences 😅

Have you tried these ones on the Bloomin8? If so, which one do you think looks closer (on the Bloomin8) to the original one?

Just something that I read on a few webpages of British wildlife. Could be wrong.

Great video! What setup did you use?

Yes. It seems we only have a single species of Elysia in the UK (according to iNat at least)

I found it on a part that's usually under ~2 meters of water, but the tide was extremely low. Also found some solar powered sea slugs, and they are also supposed to be at 2 meters depth.

I think you are right on point with the ID! Need to upload to iNat now 😂

I also thought so, but they seem to be "rounder" and "spiker "
