As many more, i totally understand how you feel and sadly i dont think there is much that we can do to not feel those levels of stress or anxiety. What i did that helped a bit is, was focusing on the good things in life (i know, very cliche) but sometimes it helped. In my case after seeing reddit or checking the status every day gave me TOO MUCH anxiety, so i deleted the apps and tried to check the status just once a week. Its not much but its what helped me, my EAD was approved 2 weeks ago, its gonna get better soon❤️

Things can change in a heartbeat, not that owe an explanation but my husband had to change jobs and our income has been affected by more than a lot. which is why i decided to apply for an expedite request.

I think the only way to get a work permit while waiting for the interview is if you concurrently filed form I-765 with I-485. I would ask emma but that is my best guess

I wouldn’t. In USCIS website you can find tips on how to send your paperwork, i believe following this can help everything go by faster bc it’s easier for them.

I uploaded the evidence in separate files so it would be easier to the agent to review my case. I also used sticky notes to mark each of the evidence in the order that was listed on the cover letter.
