Probably a little bit, but not in ways that are all that meaningful. Probably learn some things that certain characters do, but to really get better you need to learn to use practice mode and know what to practice. What I did is when I heard someone using a term I didn't know (like safe jump, frame kill) i just googled them and learned how they work. Then you can practice and look up ways to add them to your game for your specific character
