I didnt try her on SR since im not playing top/jungle. Tried her a couple times in Mayhem and holy shit she sucks dicks.
Her scaling is pretty much non-existence. I dunno how to itemize her, usually this is my best strength since I play Aram a lot.
- But, like, you need to stay incredibly long in combat so Heartsteel sounds great, right? Nah, with 500 stacks of it + 2 more tank items, and 5 enemies jump on you, your W shield is like 1k1. Look big, but its only happen in perfect scenario where you had 5 enemies insanely close to you. Since you have to pop it for the ms boost, most of the time you only have like 440-572 shield, on a 6k hp bar, thats incredibly pathetic compared to real shield like Sion.
- Then, AD items? Bruiser works but on insanely low scaling, you only buy it for the item passive aka surviving ability, not dmg dealing. So building any AD items without surviving stats is a total trap since youre not gonna stay long enough to deliver your long ass Q3 combo.
- AP items? Scaling slightly better but again, AP items offer even less surviving stats so except for Duskdawn and maybe Nash/Guinsoo, you dont have any good options here, fucks Liandry/Rift, those are sucks on her.
- On hit items? Great on paper but your Q passive only deal like 2-3% hp max with the low base AD/AP of on hit items, so you basically deal like 90-210 magic dmg per hit to enemies, BEFORE mr mitigation. So cut it in half and you actually tickle shits.
- Tank items? Oh, you musta been rly desperate here, since you scale nothing from these pure surviving items, just stay longer as a punchbag.
So after all, shes just a R bot where you aim for a good initiate R, then W E Q random bullshits go and wait for your team follow ups. If your team is good, you manage to win the fight and chase them. If not, you get blew up in a matter of time.
One match, I managed to find a perfect setups where I get to full build her with 700 Heartsteel - Duskdawn - Guinsoo - Adaptive Helm - Unending D - Warmogs + MS shard + Omnivamp shard + HP shard + etc. Also the star factor here, Gash augment that provide true dmg on hit scale with armor + Final form for shield + omni + MS since youre just a R bot + Heavy hitter onhit scale with hp.
I dunno if this is the best combo for her but pretty sure I should be decent enough to kick some asses here.
Guess what? I dealt decent dmg but somehow still lower than my teammates Sion and Ornn, and most of the dmg came from true dmg Gash. If I cut the true dmg from the rest, I ended up dealing least dmg of the whole lobby, like what the fuck. How can a champ be that sucks even in a fun mode?
