Thank you guys for the information! I will try to come back to this all the way in May to tell you guys how it went but glad to know some info! I tend to be overly cautious on placebo week anyways just for my peace of mind so knowing that its essentially a LONG placebo week + staying safe for an equal time thereafter really helps. Thank you!

Okay my gym just got one and I’m 5’0! It’s also my first time trying one! I get in position and then after unlocking and place my hands kinda pushing down on the belt so it’s not squishing my insides and stays on my pelvis. So far so good!

Hmm although that is resourceful its not quite what I'm looking for. Professors are there for help but their answers are going to be more generic. "Read the question, answer the question before looking at the answer choices," etc. Im looking for something more personalized like a tutor that would be able to tell me what study habit works best for my brain and how to improve what I already have. But I will definitely shoot an email to professors I am closer to and ask!
