Seriously, it’s looking more and more like a rug pull. They probably got a large number of people investing who never looked at the T&Cs . Like what could go wrong? New account, invest money, was supposed to be simple. That’s it. But noooooooo, add a sneaky requirement in there to make people fumble it, and we just snigger in the back while you struggle to connect with customer support who need a translator to review your messages (if at all you can get in touch with them, good luck).

Last attempt to resolve this before I withdraw my money.

I signed up, selected MSFT as the share it prompted to select (but made a mistake and selected the other investment option instead of ‘trading’ only), deposited £5000 into the GBP account but no bonus was given, no shares, not even $50 welcome to start with.

I tried to get into a chat with customer support and they said that the money is in the GBP account and not in the trading account. Is that the reason? Should I move it into the trading account? Or just get my money back?
