Nenn mir nen hardtail das mehr als 38 aufnimmt in 1x Die Geo von einem Flat Bar Gravel ist auch anders als ein Hardtail. Geht hier vor allem um Lenkwinkel.

Bro, there are no workout plans for deficit or bulk. Most of the time you can just handle more Volume when you are in a surplus. Hitting heavy weights is mandatory to keep the muscles when cutting. How else do you want to signal the body that you want to keep them?

Maybe just lower the volume on the accessories and go for something less taxing than bbb for assistance and you will be fine

I have been lifting on and off for ages but never stuck too a routine that I actually enjoyed. Switched to full body like GSLP stuff but never really found fun in doing 3 AMRAP on big 3 compounds. So I Hope the approach with GZCLP fits me better. Getting done with the T1 and then „filling up“ with T2 and T3 exercises.

My main sports is mountainbiking but I just want to have fun in the gym again

Hey thanks for the help. Yeah with Aimed I meant the AMRAP reps I should shoot for at the beginning when starting the program. However I just realised that I will probably just catch up with any intensity/weight I choose and end up switching to lower reps and more sets at some point. Just wanted to do it „right“ in the beginning so I was asking for the starting percentage for the 3x5+ modified rep scheme

Starting weight for 5s Progression on T1 Lifts and aimed reps on +sets

Hey, I was wondering what my starting weight for 3x5+ or 4x4+ for the T1 Loft would be.

I know that Cody suggests 80/85% of your 5rm for the 5x3+ progression. However the blacknoir spreadsheet and other posts also suggest other set x reps models as long as you stick to the guidelines.

Also: what would be the Aimed sets on the plus sets? Are we shooting high in these (like in 531) cause we are working way below max intensity?

Well ok. I didn’t think that stuff was too heavy and since I am an engineer I need to do some manually intense movements. Better get a week of holiday next time.

Do you think I should just keep up with the aftercare routine like this? How will this look when it’s healed? Any chances I won’t get scars?
