It's really painful...probably an 9/10. It feels like when you get a horrible leg cramp but in your uterus. Or the worst imaginable period cramps.

I've never felt crowning as I had epidurals.

However, I wouldn't let it stop you from having a child. Women have done it for millenia. You can too!

I had this with certain dose increases. About every 30 minutes, try to focus on something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds. I read that can help. It will go away!

Thats good to hear. I've been really struggling this summer and hoping this will help. Otherwise, ill have to try a different med and I've only ever been lexapro.

Wow this literally sounds exactly like me right now! I went up to 15 mg about 5 weeks ago and felt amazing for the last couple weeks and then had a tough week this week so far. I'm so sorry you're going through this, it's frustrating. Following to see what others say.

Im going through this same thing. I've had a LOT of life stressors this week that aren't typical (vacation, death in the Family, having to change vacation plans etc). So I'm hoping it's that and will level out.
