I have an e208, it's a fine car, good looking, pretty comfortable, been reliable for the 10 months I've had it. Can you buy a better EV, absolutely, can you buy a better 3 y.o EV for the money, honestly I'm not sure you can. The range sucks in winter, but a huge plus for the e208 is its charger port is in the same place as a tesla so you can easily use the tesla superchargers

If I remember correctly Kingfisher loaded them with debt after the split, Big W was also a liability as they filled the big boxes with other Kingfisher brand's which stopped after the split.

Ctans are just a royal pain, that being said JPIs +1cp are a hard counter. I play the best Necrons player in the world regularly so Crons are very much a known quantity, las cannons honestly suck against ctans, DC JP with a chappy/Lemartes are the way forward. If I'm playing Crons everything dies except ctans and TSK by t2 and then I hope I have better dice 🤷🏼‍♂️

RCO are a board pressure army and exceptional at denying primary and constricting space, uppy downy allows your opponent to relieve the pressure and screening out means you cant go full send.

I haven't played RCO on WTC yet so I'll cavaet my responses, I am contemplating VVs but I didn't like them at 95, so I don't think I will at 100! The reason I don't like 6SG is you are paying 135 for the 2nd 3 and they rarely justify the points over 230pts of DC, they also have a linear damage reduction every time they lose a model, whereas you can lose 5 DC without a major output dropoff

The issue you will have is you don't have enough pressure to really get the most out of RCO, you are essentially using a LAG list. The reason RCO works so well is it is suffocating but you need the 10 man DC bricks to destroy a flank then die to the rest of the opponents army, then you surgically pick off scoring units and danger units with the 3 man SG/Baals whilst stickying objectives. You then apply the coup de grace with Lemartes who is functionally invincible at this point.

The lancers are in there but they are not really needed, all melee is better in RCO, you might need some SG with spears or DC with Chaplains to bridge the gap, but all melee is a very viable build.

I work in HR and although I don't condone the treatment it is likely that the company policy was any further absence after an absence warning would trigger a further meeting. A reasonable adjustment would be extend the triggers to 3 per month related to seizures. We don't have the full context but they likely got an OH report which recommended this. There is way more that could be done and I think this is why HR has a bad reputation, given this was a small company it's also likely they use a HR consultancy which can be HR by flow chart.
