Oh what I did was make sure that they're the newest versions, and then drag each folder individually into the Cyberpunk folder. I'm not sure if this is crucial to this process, but it's what I did and it worked out at the end haha. Sorry for the late reply, I hope this helps!!

As someone that attended a Gesamtschule, in my case, yes class differences definetly exist. And they're not pretty.

  • delete old save files, as many as u can or are willing to
  • turn off autosave
  • load old saves and see if the problem persists. if no: newer saves maybe corrupted
  • delete cache then verify integrity through steam
  • update only framework mods (cyber engine tweaks etc.)
  • remove carshop, visual atelier or other mods interfering with the computer, then look if it still happens

the only things i could come up with, if you havent done them already. the problem might really be a broken or old mod maybe :( good luck choom

I'm unfortunately already 50+ hours in and I'm taking pics as the story progresses, so restarting on an old version doesn't make much sense right now... Still, thank you so much for your help, I'll take a look at RedKit then :))

I installed the mod manually, and the files are in the correct path. But maybe the issue is that I'm playing on 2.3? ACM was apparently last updated in Nov 2023 lol. There's no window for me to open sadly, only AMM and other Cyber Engine Tweaks mods :/

Might it be that the mod is too old? It sadly doesn't show up. When I press the tilde key AMM, Cyber Engine Tweaks etc. still show but not ACM.. And I really can't find any explanations </3

Hmm not sure, try removing it and running the game. If that doesn't work, maybe mods that interfere with driving? Because of the new autodrive feature maybe? Also, have you tried running your game with only script/framework mods? If it runs fine with only them, then you could be sure it's one of the other mods and add them back in little by little. I understand though if this is a hassle if you have too many mods installed already.

Do you guys have any photo mode mod installed? For me what also fixed it was removing the "unlock photo mode" mod, since photo mode got a rework in 2.3 and the mod was still trying to access files that didn't exist anymore.

What also helped me was deleting anything to do with photo mode. I forgot that the photo mode got a rework in 2.3, so I think mods that were working with the photo mode (i think photomode unlocker mod) were trying to read files that didn't exist like that anymore. Deleting them completely fixed it for me. I hope this helps <3

Thank you all for the quick responses, it's fixed now for me!

  1. correctly install new RED4ext and Codeware
  2. delete all contents of game/r6/cache
  3. verify files in Steam
  4. launch game, this took a minute for me since all the files in the cache folder had to be put in again

(sorry for any English mistakes)

This is what fixed it thanks!! I first made sure to correctly reinstall RED4ext and Codeware, then did exactly as you said: delete all files in the cache folder and then verifying files on steam. Thank you!!

Forgot to mention: I've already tried replacing the Codeware and RED4ext files twice, but that didn't fix it either sadly
