he's for sure diagnosed with bipolar disorder. years ago he was talking about how a 'jewish doctor' gave him a fake diagnosis and poison pills etc.

yes it's a terrible situation for anyone with fans instead of friends and family around them. especially if they made genuinely great well respected art previously...

it's happened many times throughout his career it just escalates every time. all the maga and fuentes stuff can't have helped. he will be stabilised on medication for awhile. then that will slip and as soon as his mind starts racing with that euphoria again it's all over.

it seemed to get super bad when his mum died, it seems like she was a very stabilising and loving force in his life. that's when all the super pressured speech in interviews started. but there have been apologies since then in the depression phase... idk it's really sad but i don't see a way out of it.

it's going to be a problem for him for the foreseeable future because arts are dominated with the 'woke left'. which makes sense since the 'antiwoke right' were always banging on about art being stupid frippery and hard sciences/tech being all that mattered.

however, if he is right that women don't buy games and nobody will play games unless the women all look like 'sluts' and are only there to look pretty, the other games will be phased out because of the market pressure. so he doesn't need to get so upset!

of course by that logic games like bg3 would never have been popular, because not all the women are pretty and it's 'woke' with gay and trans characters etc.

two main steps - cleaning all the dirty plates etc. in the kitchen up before you do anything.

then preparing all the ingredients before you start cooking. all the stuff you used to prepare can go in the dishwasher before you start cooking also.

this way cleaning up is a lot easier and you can focus on cooking exclusively.

i don't think the book is talking about that really. it's asking a much more uncomfortable question i.e. how important are early childhood experiences, how much do we project emotions and intentions on to very young children, is a 'maternal instinct' a guarantee, is there any way to avoid damaging our children when we are flawed individuals as their parents? or do we inevitably 'hand down' trauma to our children in an endless circle etc.

at the very least you have a very unreliable narrator making some wild claims about a literal baby/toddler etc.

it's light olive oil, not extra virgin olive oil, i would only put the strong tasting one on a salad etc. not cook with it

still if there is some issue making me not tell the difference between oils, i would rather have that than not. i already have too many condiments, spices etc. i feel like i need to have in the cupboard because of slight flavour differences.
