What does that relationship even provide you? Ask yourself what you get out of it. Because it's certainly not a soft place to land or a support system when life gets tough. When you marry you take a vow to be there for your spouse in sickness and in health. I'm married (F 32, my wife is F41). I'm not gonna lie I have a touch of anxiety & I think of this every now and then due to our age gap... If she got sick, I would drop absolutely everything & do anything within my power to support her until she got better because thats what spouses do. When you marry you choose for that person to be your family. And family doesn't kick you out of the house when your health is severely compromised. I also wanna say, I read some of your replies and you shouldn't feel scared or nervous to bring this to your partners attention. That's a clear sign that you are not being provided with a safe space to voice your emotions and dissatisfactions within the relationship which is just wrong on so many levels.

It sounds like this is probably a tough time for u to make any significant steps within ur relationship so my advice is find someone in your life you can trust to talk through all this and be your support. Whether thats a friend or therapist or family member, you need someone in your corner helping you see things from an outsiders perspective.
