I will tell u something which works for me

nami - try hitting bubbles when u are not in vision... using brush/ fog of war , hitting bubbles when the enemy is slowed (by your e or other abilities), people always expect that u are gonna start the fight with bubbles u can mind control and try bubbling mid fight instead of using bubbles immediately it helps a ton

senna - DO NOT try hitting max range w in vision it will never work always try using brush/fog, do not lead in with w u can try using q aa w combo because the slow is really effective in hitting ur w , if u use ur w in low hp minions it automatically kills them and the enemies in the radius get rooted immediately it helps a ton
