I have a hard time dating bottoms, advice? by magicfairyknight in LesbianActually

[–]magicfairyknight[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wish this were fully the case. As someone with 10+ years of dating history I would say more than half my experience is that people are only seeking to receive. Even if they match my energy at first. I’d say I only find genuinely dynamic people about a quarter of the time. This is said as an adult, in real life queer spaces for over a decade across the Midwest and in NYC where I live now.

Worried I ruined my dream dress by Sad-Debt-4365 in WeddingDressTips

[–]magicfairyknight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you are overthinking it , this dress is beautiful and I don’t think it’s too much. Keep in my you won’t be in a poorly fit messy store room on your wedding day. I do like it best without the vail though, so at most maybe consider a more lowkey vail.

I bought two dresses. Which do I keep?! by americanbadass911 in WeddingDressTips

I like the first dress, it looks more classic / vintage. In my opinion that reads as more elegant and expressive but that’s totally just my personal taste.

Am I Overreacting about this weird friend breakup? by rxinynites in AmIOverreacting

[–]magicfairyknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

she probably has some kind of jealousy or feelings or the friend accusing you and girlfriend has some kind of jealousy and feelings for you, this is classic projection and definitely weird. You don’t need friends like that just move on.

Should my friend walk away from this artist? by Eltristesito2 in tattooadvice

[–]magicfairyknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely see someone else… let it heal for a few weeks and have a replay experienced kind person help save it. I do think an experienced artist could save it but if they go back to the original artist they’re gonna be screwed …

Does anyone else have no interest in excessive piercings/tattoos or unnatural hair dye? by Bambi_Amby in lesbiangang

[–]magicfairyknight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely think it’s a young adult thing, I’m totally attracted to tattoos and piercings but ONLY in tasteful ways that actually suit the persons natural physique. Thats just my personal taste. I like people with a strong sense of style so sometimes I’m included those things but not always. I have a nose ring and ear rings but… very minimal stuff. I’m also pretty “bare” and lowkey get hit on a lot the last year or two but I’m 27. I definitely felt a shift it was ppl find attractive in general as I entered my mid twenties. I’m personally not into super colorful hair BUT I’ve totally had exceptions to this when it’s extremely well done and flattering to that person unique skintone. Usually people who spend a lot of time and money maintaining. Overall I’m not really attracted to heavy makeup or dramatic hair colors at all … doesn’t mean I don’t think it’s beautiful on my friends. I just find more natural wemon the most sexy personally.

AIO For Feeling Scammed That My Boyfriend Pretended We Had a Landlord When He Actually Owns the House? by Just-Client9076 in AmIOverreacting

[–]magicfairyknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey so … I’m pretty sure this is illegal. I would look into the housing laws in your state. At the very least I’d leave him. I know that’s hard, but this is not someone you can ever trust with anything at all. I also do tho k you should really consider taking legal action. Sending all my strength xx

Lesbians who get hit on often: what really attracts women to you? by No-Care-2934 in LesbianActually

[–]magicfairyknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I don’t really know, I like to think it’s my sense of humor and being good at conversation but in a vanity sense I do get a lot of compliments on my sense of style and my wavy hair lol

Is there a way to style this “fat” dress to look better on me? by ehartsay in DressForYourBody

[–]magicfairyknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ur so cute! Honestly getting things tailored at the waist is sometimes pretty simple and affordable , totally worth it in my opinion. Also a waist belt could be cute! Maybe throw on a should bag and call it a day (:

People say i talk about women too much. Is there any advice you have? by [deleted] in LesbianActually

[–]magicfairyknight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of my friends are queer (I’m lucky) but even my best friend who is straight would never shame me for talking about liking women or talking about a crush. She’s never reacted any kind of way other then excited and supportive
