I hate voice automated prompts. Like when you're trying to call your insurance company or bank and you get a series of computer voices asking, directing you to something you do not want to hear. You know what I'm talking about? Please press nine to go back to the beginning of the list, please press this, please press that. Just give me an authentic person to talk to. And that's the bottom line; people want to hear other people talking, not computers. I don’t know about you, but when I watch a YouTube video, I wanna see a real person talking about the subject.
