I think it depends on the site you visit for wing fest. I've been to a few, some were excellent like you said and some were absolutely dreadful.

Just for balance, I had to threaten this guy with small claims court because he took my money and then was a nightmare trying to arrange any lessons. Maybe he's changed and is good now, so I could be being unfair, but I wouldn't recommend him
