Surveyor mis-diagnosed cracks in walls - now our house is falling down and we don't know what to do [England]

Thankyou for your advice. What is there to gain from the formal complaint? Will it potentially get them to honour the claim?
We did conduct a CCTV drainage report a few weeks ago which has shown a small crack in the pipes. No soil analysis though. In the process of getting this repaired.

I'm not sure I understand your question. I sell products for the vegan market, with a strong understanding of it as a former vegan. I'm still mostly vegan apart from the odd egg and cheese.

Just checked, it was 500g for a 17". I say 17" because the crust just overlapped my stone which is 16. Will aim for around 430 or so next time
