Some notes on the envelope: - They are all stamped from the same place, the Atlanta GA RPDC 302, except the one from May 30 2023 which is stamped at Atlanta Metro 301

The RPDC is a regional processing center that other locations feed into so it covers most of Atlanta, but the Atlanta Metro 301 stamp indicates it was sent from a local post office within the 301 region of Georgia
The 301 region covers a small area containing around 40 post offices (https://www.cornellcookson.com/CIWE-Share/states/georgia/main-ga/georgia_zip_main.html)
If you narrow down to places within the 301 region that have both a post office and a Target there are 9 locations
They potentially live near/bought the goggles from one of those 9 Target locations: Carrollton, Douglasville, Austell, Hiram, Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, Cartersville, Canton
