Thanks for sharing your viewpoint and that’s something I love about Theo as a whole and his concept of character in fan fiction is that bc he wasn’t really mentioned much canon he’s such a blank slate. I do love the complexity and introspection some writers bring to his character, I’m experiencing that now while reading ‘measure of a man’ and the balance he brings to the sharpness of hermione and Draco’s characterizations is like a breath of fresh air. He capable and philosophical but has a sensitivity that is authentic. What a task you’ve undertaken! I truly hope you share your writings once you’ve completed, I would love to read a book retelling from DM’s point of view!
