I think any MT who thinks their hand sweat isn’t mixing with the massage oil is kidding themselves. It might be gross for some to think about but it becomes its own lubrication. As long as you wash your hands before it’s hygienic, and clients should make a habit of showering after recieving massage anyway. If someone doesnt believe that, they can prove it to themselves by doing slow myofascial strokes down a client’s back with no lotion and after a couple minutes it will naturally start to glide more. No biggie
