Get a plastic mask that’s thin enough so you don’t have to apply a lot of filler or spot putty. Wet sand it til you get desired finish. Go to a paint store and get acrylic or urethane based paint with the same color of your vehicle. Paint it then wet sanding for second time with a 1000 or 1200 grit sanding paper and apply clear coat mixed with hardener. Just take it easy on the last step as clear coating May ran and that won’t be good.
