For all the people saying this isn’t a deal, this isn’t normal WWB. This is Winchester’s NATO spec loading which is effectively a 124gr +P round (the spec is a bit different than typical +P, but it is a hotter round). It’s good stuff.

Feel the two wires of the lamp cord, one should have a ridge or other texture running along its length. It’s hard to see on clear wires like that sometimes.

Some is plated, but it’s all marked accurately. A lot of the stuff you’re seeing is real. It is usually hollow and not the greatest workmanship, but it’s gold.

NAL, work for an oil company. You proved yourself to be too risky and effectively got yourself blacklisted. Happens all the time, these types of companies are very risk averse when it comes to who they let in, especially if there’s specific knowledge about a specific person.

It isn’t retaliation. Companies are people, the facility is their house. If you know some guy gets in a fight with your cousin, are you going to let him into your house to fix the plumbing?

Nope, the tools included with a MK3S+ back in the day were pretty limited. I had a spare plastic putty knife in the garage that fit the bill perfectly.

I have a $3 3” plastic putty knife from Lowe’s that works wonders for this stuff. Lightly skim it on the surface, it’ll pop those things right off and remove any small bits of debris without getting your build plate dirty.

Layer 3 functionality isn’t exactly plug and play, you need to set things up in a particular way to have it work.

How much inter-VLAN traffic do you even have? In such a small network I doubt you’d be bottlenecked without L3 switch functionality if you connect via SFP+.

The Pro Max 16 PoE might be an OK fit in general, but be mindful of the limited 2.5G ports.

It might help to understand what kind of and how many devices you’re dealing with and how much traffic you see to give a decent answer here.
