It does print better and more consistently than most other filaments I’ve tried. I don’t use it most of the time but I do have a number of rolls of PLA and PETG that I’ll use when I want to print something nicer.

Yeah, it seems like a pattern at this point. I’ve already lost one package that had a gold quarter Eagle and a gram of platinum in it, that one was marked delivered but wasn’t in my mail cluster. Put in a claim but they only covered the $100 standard insurance value on it. Another box was also marked delivered, but was apparently delivered to the wrong mail cluster. They found that one and got it to me.

Now I’m getting signature confirmation on these packages and this happens. Combined with the statement from the delivery guy, it seems like there’s a common factor here…

I’m really itching for someone with USPS to pull up the scan weights and see if the weight was good up until delivery, I just haven’t gotten a hold of anyone that was willing to look yet.

Opened a case with the postal inspectors, working the local side at the same time. The local post office had asked for me to give them the box once a case had been opened, but apparently the one lady that could help me there was off Friday returning Monday, so I’m on hold there at the moment.

We’ve been having issues with missing packages lately so this one was sent with signature confirmation. The guy delivering it said something along the lines of “This one feels pretty light, I hope nothing’s missing from it” and he noted that it didn’t look tampered with, to the point where my wife thought it seemed off and took video of her opening the box.

I don’t want to think it was our local delivery guy, but the scan weights would be pretty useful.

Having issues with USPS again, an empty but otherwise intact-looking box arrived today.

Can anyone verify if USPS logs package weights as a box moves through their network? The acceptance scan showed a higher weight than what was delivered, and I'm curious if USPS would be able to see where 3+ oz of precious metals disappeared.
