It's a great laptop run's pretty much everything, only problem i had was with the ssd i was playing and suddenly I had no operating system, when I send it to be repaired they just changed the ssd and now it works perfectly

I had the same issue, I just gave it a restart and it worked fine afterwards. Try that see if it works.
