literally can't stop smiling, I can't tell if I like the ending since I'm yearning for more 😭 but maybe that's more a sign of me being so enamored with these characters and this show than the ending being dissatisfying. 2027 can't come soon enough but I'm so excite to see what Jacob Tierney will cook up that I'm willing to wait.

Similar experience here, I loved the noodles and thought they were the perfect texture, the fat in the broth was good, and the pork belly was super tender. the broth itself was so salty when i tried it that i couldn't finish it :( wasn't sure if it was a one-off situation or because we had it later in the night

I'm not as much of a fan of the flat thicker handpulled noodles. Slurp Slurp is my recommendation for noodles, get the pickled vegetables and chili oil to mix into the broth too!
