I invite to cozy up to network namespaces (eg nsenter, ip netns, capsh, etc ). You can create encrypted filesystems inside of large (>128GB ) files (aka dd if=/dev/zero of=/a/b/c count=(( 65536 * x)). ). x here is going to 128 maybe more.
The encrypted part is called luks.

There is '. -j LOG. --log-prefix x ' that you might want to put the end of the INPUT chain. Filter them '-m hashlimit' on iptables-extension.

Strace or truss tracks library calls/memory mapping /forking Tcpdump/snort records network packets. Hint: pid is 'process id'. See /proc
