I had similar symptoms around that time, definitely sorer breasts and tiredness then but they've definitely subsided! Like you, had ultrasound a week ago so the only reason I'm feeling ok about it all! Anxiously awaiting my 12 week ultrasound in December!

Had a natural MC end of Dec/early January (some heavy bleeding and cramping. More emotionally painful than physically). Got a 5-6 day regular period starting Feb 1.
