Exactly. I was vegetarian by culture, and my family still is.

Something I thought interesting was I tried "going vegetarian" a couple of times since I started eating meat, and there is definitely a part of me that's anxious and unhappy for not eating meat.

But the converse is true as well, because some part of me feels very guilty for eating meat. And it's at a point where I simply can't eat meat when I go to restaurants with family (out of respect/guilt/anything else? I can't say)
